Today is the 2nd day of my training for NAPFA.
Ytd was my 1st training, and i trained with JF. We ran around the track infront of SH's house.
After this first training, i realised that my stamina is gone far far away~~~
Today, i just went running with Willson. We went to the open field, which is infront of my cousin's house. We ran about 5 rounds, and up down the stairs there 5 times.
After running, we were questioning ourselves : "Where do our stamina go?"
Come to think of that. Last time when we are training muay thai, we were told to run up and down the hills there. I haven finish~ After we run up the hills, there are steep stairs after that for us to run up too.
Then just now we were thinking "why at that time we can run up and down the hill/stairs 3 times, and as compared to now, our stamina is shit?!" LOL
I guess now our stamina has dropped alot, especially mine. WA, no words can describe my stamina already. LOL
Guess now i really have to train hard and regular for that stupid NAPFA test and NS. LOL =x
